Standard My Path

From the twilight strand I started,
to the submerged passage, passed it,
into prisons, fighting wardens,
graveyards, ghosts and ghostly guardians,
through the cavern full of anger,
fighting Merveil, source of danger,
till I doomed her into death –
few of me was then there left.

But my friend, I had recovered!
Through the forest, forward, hovered I
and fought me through the crossroads, sins and Vaal ruins.
There I noticed, nothing nearly
is as good as talking clearly
with the bandits of the dreary forests of the western lands.

“Pyramids” I heard me thinking,
heavily I hooked on drinking
thirsty from my silver flask,
quickly then I had it passed
into my bag with storage places,
looking at me, long killed faces –
beaded on my beaded cord,
I put it back, where it was stored.

Apex climbed I and admired,
that this wonderful but weird
Pyramid was once here built,
by some monsters that were hired,
by some monsters full of guilt,
guilt of killing, loving thrilling
kills when on a killing spree –
those met I and killed all thee.

An ancient thing found I and wondered.
“What are you, you thing?” I pondered.
Then I heard it crumbling, moving, choosing me to be it’s food.
Sidestep left, so smart and smoothy,
stepped I ‘round it, uhhh! saw-tooth’y
screamed it as it felt the tip of torture of my massive boot.

Reaching Sarn I got the feeling,
that my old and strong believe in
nothing but me was just leaving
bloody signs upon my path.
So I struggled, murdered, muddled,
stabbed my sword through Fairgraves chest,
and yes that old man really told me
this was only just the best.

But my path was not yet finished!
Eagerly I fought and vanished
out of visions of my fears,
and I noticed someone’s murking,
thousand eyes in darkness lurking,
lurking at me, evil eyes;
Oh Dominus, oh Dominus
you’re one of the crazy side.

So I climbed up high and higher,
driven by a strange desire, reached the farpoint aqueduct,
there I noticed someone peeking
from the Highgate at me sneeking,
ah upon my restless body, full of muddy earth and items,
all of just the highest worth.

After speakings and some beatings,
I began the last liquidings
of the bosses in this world,
named King Kaom, duck Daresso, Piety and Malachai
and other names I once remembered but important is: they died,
I stood up and stand to fight!
