fragmented sips of a day
tumbling down
on shifting short cuts cunning and shrewd murmured mournings between morning dishes and sobered eyelids stains of sunlight on a withering plum blossom coughs unpleasent scent taking naps in a shade of spring with snowflake flavor __________ Hatte eine seltsame Laune auf Englisch mal zu schreiben ^^. |

Hi Corazon,

Hi Neny,
just wanted to say "wow!" as well. I read your lines as a foggy transition between winter and spring time (taking a nap between the two is one of the most fitting expressions you could give). Of course, the title gives me the hint that those fragments seems to fulfill the day, but especially those last lines are extremely ambiguous. Moreover you use a lot of anaphorical figures which are impressive and hold the reader's hand to pull him through the text. For me it was like finally reaching a place where I could rest and get myself clear for nother tasks. Hope you'll have a few more of those "english writing moods" that lead to more of this stuff. moon |

Hey moon,

Cheers John, I don't know how you speak but your spelling/grammar is horrible. Don't get me wrong, your critical opinion is upright, but please mind your own business before you try to criticise other's. Don't take it personal, but your comment was more than handing on a plate. moon |

Zitat:
Uhm, dropping some additional lines, Neny: not bad, in fact I like most of the imagery. But, yes, at least in this regard I feel that JL might have a point: Is there a core message? I suppose not, for you labelled it "fragmented sips," but at times (take a look at the last line of your third stanza) it is a bit too leapy for my personal likes. Nevertheless: thumbs up, and I'd really look forward to hearing from you on a single topic or in a more coherent manner (a lot of symbolism would do even finer for me c-. Cheers, mov |

Hi movfaltin,
